Before you read the following, please bear in mind that we are not claiming to be digital lawyers, financial planners or accountants (Although our managing director is a CPA). Any advice you take from us, if you feel the need to clear with such professionals, we adamantly recommend that you do so promptly.

We are not always using the following information on our website .. but when we do, Facebook rightfully insists on the following disclosure .. so here goes (underneath this section there are some other bits and pieces that our pesky lawyers (as usual and at very expensive lunches) insist are for both our protection):

Before the privacy policy, yet another very important note from us (YOU NEED TO READ THIS):

We do not guarantee any results from the advice you are seeing on our site, or from our newsletter and other communications. As a matter of fact, we believe these results not to be typical and to vary a lot from industry to industry amongst a whole range of other variables that are not under our control (or yours for that matter). That is not mention that just about everything will be highly influenced by the reader’s (your) efforts.

We also think that any marketer out there guaranteeing any sort of results or ROI is not to be followed or listened to – as a word of personal caution from us.
